The Salesforce Marketer Group (Pardot) in Tampa was joined by Amanda Benjamin, Jacqueline Fassett, and Chris Bayerle from the Salesforce Labs team to share information and demonstrate the “Account Engagement Automates… Record Creation” App. It is currently available in the AppExchange.
Easily trigger the creation of a Contact, Account, Opportunity, and more, straight from Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) data.
Better customize the data sync between Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce.
You’ll hear how the app leverages native tools (External Actions, Engagement Studio, and Flow) so your team can declaratively and quickly use the app to hit the ground running.
